ROLLER BLIND
32mm, 38mm & 45mm Systems |
|
|
After 50 years in the Window Furnishings Industry, the experience and knowledge gained have enabled us to design a complete Roller Blind System that is robust, smooth and quiet. The Chain Mechanism is made from a high grade sun resistant Acetyl and incorporates a hardened steel wrap spring stopping mechanism. The Idler pin is spring loaded enabling ease of installation and allows for small discrepancies that occur when measuring and installing. Chain mechanisms and powder coated steel brackets are available in 5 colours with matching componentry. Chain Mechanisms are available in 32mm, 38mm and 45mm diameter with Spring Assists for 38mm, 45mm and 55mm diameter tubes. Adaptors are available enabling the use of both 38mm and 45mm Chain Mechanisms in 45mm & 55mm tube. Blinds up to 3.6m in width can be made using a 38mm Chain Mechanism with a 55mm Spring Assist in a 55mm keyway tube. 6 sizes of keyway tube include 32mm, 38mm thin, 38mm thick, 45mm std, 45mm thick and 55mm. Light, medium and heavy duty Joining Brackets allow the customer to control 2 or 3 blinds in a line using one Chain Mechanism. 45° and 90° Brackets have been designed to eliminate problems with installation on bay windows. Double Brackets are available for use when 2 blinds are
required on one window. This allows for a sheer blind
plus a blockout. The JAI brackets have a unique Chain
Diversion Pulley system that diverts the chain from the
top mechanism away from the lower mechanism. This
eliminates ‘fouling’ of the chain by the bottom chain
mechanism. A wide range of Control Chain and Pre-made Loops are available including Plastic, Nickel and Stainless Steel. Mandatory safety standards now apply in Australia for all corded internal window coverings. JAI manufacture a large range of safety devices that comply with these regulations. |
Manual Operation to Motorisation |
|
Integration from Chain Operation to Motorisation made easy.Utilising the 45mm and 55mm tube used in our Standard Chain Operated System, together with our easy to use adaptors, you are able to manufacture motorised roller blinds quickly and simply. Bracketing remains the same by using an adaptor plate that is attached to the end of the most commonly used motors and you fit the roller blind the same way. With the use of a connection lead installed by an electrician, a simple plug connection powers up the motor. Clear and concise instructions are included with each remote control to make the programming of the motor as easy as 1-2-3. Thinking motorisation? Then rely on INTRO motorisation and JAI Products to come up with the right solutions. |
